I think it shows a lack of intelligence that you are instilling in the team.

You are the boss and you should act like one. It's about professionalism. Dale Lolley keeps trying to pin this on players not acting professional. They get paid and should know better.

When you head coach hoots and hollers and swears and acts like he's still in college playing the game, then your team will NEVER GROW UP.

Tomlin hasn't evolved from a positional coach (where maybe some of the excitement and swearing and acting like you're still a player is okay) to a head coach.

He's in charge. How he acts is IMPORTANT. When he acts bush league (like his "accidental" sideline fiasco last year), the team is going to act bush league too.

It starts at the top.

 

i agree. those are his players and im sure he is proud. i know hes the coach, but he still has to be a fan to an extent.
