Yeah defending this defense is a tall order.

 

It's not limited at all. We're playing like every other team does that plays a good defence. We're playing conservative, feeling them out, trying to find some mismatches, then we'll open things up and look to capitalize. Denver did it against Seattle today and they have a far better offence than we do. New Orleans does it, GB does it, etc. Every team does it.

 

Yeah, just thought it was worth a challenge to make an easier kick!

 

Who needs touchdowns when you can score FIELD GOALS??? LOL.

 

Actually it was. Other than one play, Bell was gaining us plenty of yards every time he touched the ball. We were moving the ball

 

The Pats have done it for years.

 

Guess Tomlin felt confident enough in Suisham that it wasn't worth the chance of losing the challenge. Who knows though

 

It his horribly inconsistent but the closer you get to the red zone the more critical your execution needs to be. That's our biggest issue for years too many mistakes.

 

I felt like we were too.

 

But that was because of a penalty though.

Why did I think I read prior to the season starting that they were hinting that the zebras should be a little more lenient and not slow down the game so much on the smaller calls? Maybe I just totally misunderstood it, because they sure seem to be throwing flags all over the place and so much of the time they are awful calls or lack of calling something real. Nnot reflecting on anything that happened here, just in general after watching the Skins/Eagles game earlier, which had some of the worst officiating I've ever seen.
