Looked like he said I'll jump his ass and when the fool decided to fall backwards instead of trying to tackle him. Brown had no choice but to get his leg back down or he could have pulled his hamstring landing on him. Should be a penalty on the punter for pretending to tackle....dangerous play there.

Yeah, I actually thought he was trying to jump over him before the kick to the head, and when he hit him, my reaction was, "oops, ran out of room for the jump." I just thought he accidentally came down in a bad position with his foot.
