If Worilds knee is torn up you may be right.

He could help in the run game but not much else. I don't think he has the speed to get to the qb anymore.

One thing about Harrison is that he has the love for the game and the aggression. He loves to kill QBs.. His strength is unmatched but I fear his days are over. Would be really nostalgic but not a smart business move

However I do miss his crushing blows.

Your right. Speed is indeed a question ?

Me too. I honestly think if he had ANYthing to offer that he would be on some other team's roster. I mean has even ARIZONA called him? I just really think the Steelers are moving on for better or for worse. Even if he WOULD have been on the field tonight I don't think the story would have been any different. There are too many weak links elsewhere.

Exactly.. I dont think his phone is ringing off the wall. Thing is with fandom people fall in love with players and assume they live forever and perform at the same level regardless of their age. Da Beard did go to Arizona and then the Steelers made him an offer so now he is back although I think its wrong others think its a good move. I guess we shall see. He certainly could not have done any worse tonight then his team mates

In my mind I prefer to see Harrison killing qb's and crushing massa-whatever-his-name-is, and running for the end zone in Super Bowl 43. However, Super Bowl 43 was now 6 years ago! Can you believe that? It seems like yesterday dude.

OMG.. What a great moment in history. I love that.. I watched that SB all winter long. Don't know about you bro but we had the worst weather I can remember since I was a kid. Sadly thats what I do when I miss Steelers football. He was gassed when he got there. Larry Fitzgerald was the only one to catch him lol

Oh where does the time go BFT?

Yeah I used to seriously watch parts of that game over and over. I still remember Al Michaels saying "aaaand it iiiis CAUGHT" when he was calling the Holmes TD. Also the Harrison INT is probably the greatest play in the history of the Super Bowl. SO much heart was shown on that play! I will always love Harrison BIG TIME but I think it is just time to let sleeping dogs lie and not tarnish his Black and Gold legacy by bringing him in out of sheer desperation. Although IF Worilds is REALLY hurt it MIGHT be a possibility because Charlie Batch alluded to it tonight on Cooler Talk. I think it is strictly circumstantial though.

There is no point in turning back. It serves no purpose as you suggest. Great moments. If Woirlds is really hurt which personally I don't think he is we have lost alot of money . He was suppose to replace Woodley..
