They have a new package for non Direct TV subscribers don't they? I use Gamepass, but that's because I'm outside the North America.

Most likely the sports bar won't be able to show it either if it's not showing nationally, I will be watching through a live feed, hdmi cord and on my tv

Please don't question my fandom but it is the 1st preseason game where the starters will see no more than 2 very vanilla series. 2nd stringers will get some more vanilla flavoring. 3rd stringers will see more vanilla but may want to throw some sprinkles on it to try and make the cut. The rest of the players will be fighting for PS duties. All others will probably never see a real down in the NFL for probably ever. They should just hand out vanilla ice cream while walking thru the gate since fans are paying regular game prices anyways.

The only thing the coaches really want to see at the end of the day for this game is a healthy roster after it's concluded.

I used to be that way, wake me up when the season starts but since being acquainted with this board and its many passionate fans, I now see it differently. I'm interested in all position battles, even down to the PS. Will JB continue to shine in real game experience, how will Archer do, will Adams continue to get blown up, can Gilbert apply what he has learned so far, will McCullers crush the little people in his way, will Shazier be able to play as fast in real game time, how will Tuitt look, can Wheaton catch with crooked fingers and those are just the big names, there are a plethora of unknown names I want to see how they perform. All these questions won't be answered in the first preseaon game but it's a start.

    I can't wait :steelflag:

Glad it is on already Saturday night. Nothing worse than following it on the net, reading the breakdowns and then having to wait until Tuesday to see the replay. I will be taking a nap at some point so I can watch all of it Saturday night/Sunday morning.

It is finally here!!! HERE WE GO!!!

PS loved the McCullers comment. That guy is a whole weather system himself. He is HUGE!

    Pre-season or not!
BnG Patrol, I tried to pm you, not sure if it went thru. It didn`t show up in my "sent messages".
I`m sure you know what I asked, but won`t ask for the site, here.
If you can pm me, I`d appreciate it.
The one I`ve watched the last couple year`s of preseason games on, is far from "perfect"!
If you got a good one... Please share.(privately);):herewego!:

I'm not so concerned with the pre-season games being live on TV.

But what sucks is those of us living here on the east side of the state. The season opener likely wont be on TV. The Eagles host Jacksonville at the same time. Which means that they'll be on CBS, and we'll be forced to watch them.

I'll be working that day anyway, but it sucks I can't even tape the game.

Oh well, at least I'm off for the Ratbirds that Thursday.
