Vince what the heck is wrong with you don't be fighting with the franchise RB, Blount who wasn't practicing jumped in and was pulled off by Porter per Steelers beat writers.

Awesome stuff. Blount jumped on Williams even though he was only in shorts and a t-shirt. They were still jawing across the field.

One reporter said Porter and Blount were jawing at each other afterwards he thought they were going to go at it.

Keep it tempered a bit, but let em compete! Glad Joeys back we needed the fire and Blount brings a head of steam as well! This is getting good!

I can only imagine Joey egging them on (all while appearing to to try to break it up).

    And I approve. ;)

    We need some fire.

Who rides, we ride! Go Peezy, get after
these guys. Emotion does count in football.
Too bad the temps are cool here, could you see
the tempers if it was in the 90's. LOL
Preseason games and practicing against other
team can't come fast enough. They are tired of hitting
    each other.

The same type of thing happened in the Bengals camp yesterday when Emmanuel Lamur took a swing at A.J. Green. Just one of those things that happens at camps.

Love love love me some Peezy. Absolutely the PERFECT addition to the coaching staff. A little piss and vinegar is a good thing on the D side of the ball. Peezy brings passion, intensity and attitude. Friggin' stoked for the season. Here we go Steelers, here we go!

Nothing beats the time the entire Raven's team had an on-field brawl. Camp edginess? Great. Full on riot? Less so.

Love the intensity. Mike Sellers wasn't there last night, but if he was, one look from him and they would have all went to their separate corners. :lolol:

    That was for you Thorn.

I would advise Blount to talk to the older players on the team who played with Peezy, and he will find out that peezy dont take any crap from anybody, and just because he is a coach now, he will still deck his ass if he wants to take a swing...

This team does needs some attitude and fire after going 8-8 the last 2 seasons, save it for the regular season though. Tomlin talked to Blount afterwards.

While I don't disagree, Blount is a big boy with a mean streak himself, and apparently has no problem beating up his teammates. True heavyweights shouldn't fight each other, it doesn't go well for anyone

Peezy stands behind the RB during the drill and is jawing the whole time. He is motivating the lbs to get around the RB and touch Peezy or give him a chest bump. It is good motivation for the d. The LBs dominated the drill. I think I only saw them get stopped maybe 3 times.

Shazier moves so fast during this drill. He slithers around RBs like that snake in the Jungle Book cartoon. He swims and spins around them before they know what's happens.

Lloyd would have BIT his head off and handed it back to him, by far the meanest Steeler in my lifetime. Great player!

Vince Williams is lighting people up, he's responding to the competition of the team drafting Shazier to take his job as a starter.

Williams isn't going anywhere, don't know why people think he will struggle to make the team. He had a good rookie campaign all things considered, he'll only be better in year 2, plus he is having a great camp.
