Worilds is what a Steelers OLB should look like, he needs to Jarvis Jones on that workout regimen.

Nope he can't get too big on top with his issue. His key is to get stronger without actually getting to big and develop his skill-set.

Work out looked fine, geared to pushing and pulling and football/LB friendly.

I liked when they drafted him, as did I Timmons and worilds, and like Timmons thought he was a diamond in the rough with great potential. Both are not only great footballers with a nose for the ball but quick which is different than fast. Couldn't buy these two any love at one time form the old board to this one.

I think JJ and Shazier are both in the same mold, see what they are doing here and like it.

I expect to see great things from this group of LB's. I think we will see a lot more pressure being applied to the QB which in turn should give our DB's a break.....the way it should be. I'm really excited to see Timmons, Shazier, JJ, and Worilds out there making plays. They are going to give a lot of offenses plenty of issues to deal with imo.

we will create pressure and it will come from various places, not just the OLB'ers. i like what we have and our depth right now in the front 7 and the possibilities we have with the sub packages.
