all of that speed they just drafted won't help Ike and Gay cover better.

Of course, I didn't want Kiesel back he's too old. My point is the secondary still needs some more talent.

Gay played very well last year, I dont know what you are talking about. Ike started struggling and then they took him off the main guy and started playing better.

Bryant seems like he has some solid potential...good size...etc. They got Ben a few gifts...a speedy slash guy (RB, WR, K/P returner) and a big WR. They have a nice mix of WRs right now it seems.

so who has a list of best available for the next pick?

i would be pleasantly surprised if Cortez Allen amounted to anything productive in the NFL. Shamarko would be nice to see.

because they needed a front 7. they didnt need CBs, especially ones that can intercept the ball. no room on this Super Bowl team for that.

I really like the Bryant pick. In fact, I'm calling it now, he'll have more success at the NFL level than Kelvin Benjamin! You read that right. I think Benjamin's lack of speed will hurt him at the next level. He reminds me of David Boston who had very marginal success at the NFL level. Bryant has great size and exceptional speed. He's got the tools. Now it's time for Richard Mann to man up and get Bryant to the next level. I think the only legitimate "big" receiver (6'4" and better) that I would have preferred over Bryant in this draft is Evans.

We got little pressure and we were gashed on the ground. They upgraded the safety spot in free agency and probably expect one or more of the young corners already on the roster to step up and help. If we stop the run and put more pressure on the QB it will make it easier on the young guys. If you don't pressure the QB it almost doesn't matter who is in the secondary people will get open.

Kind of like Mike Williams of USC he was a big WR but slow like Benjamin.

and when you DON'T get to the QB, your corners will get burned.

i don't understand the fascination with players like Cortez Allen. he won't likely play over Ike or Gay and even if he did, he wouldn't be any better.

I'm not sure about that especially that Patriots game, they have average receivers but they were running around wide open 55pts and 600 yds given up.

There went Dontae Johnson. E.J. Gaines is still there, all though he is short.

My list for our next pick ..

    Jackson Jeffcoat
    Brandon Coleman
    Dion Bailey
Brock Vereen <--- As I was typing, he got drafted.
    Devin Street

I disagree Allen will beat out Gay this season, guys usually play well in their contract year.

That was a horrid game, they didn't play like that all year. Brady almost always makes us look foolish.
