For those CB guys out there... don't worry, still plenty of talent left at the position! But as you can see, 22 players are listed above. I wouldn't be broken up if we selected any of them (The DL guys I'd bea little less excited for...).

 

I expect a run on CB's early. I'd add Bruce Ellington to the WR group and Marcus Smith to the LB group. I'm fine with Wesley Johnson at this point, as well.

 

EJ Gaines is available too, I think.

 

I like Gaines as well. But with how few CBs came off the board last night, I'm hoping guys like him and Nevin Lawson will be there in Round 5.

Marcus Smith went to the Eagles in Round 1. Mustbe thinking of someone else.

Yeah I thought Smith was a huge reach for Philly. Deon Buchanon to the Cards too.

 

Yeah, Ross Cockrell CB from Duke is really a guy I wouldn't mind here in the 4th round. Excellent ball skills and is good in zone.

I'm not too big on Street myself.

 

I have EJ Gaines as my best available remaining corner (actually my BPA overall entering today). I think people are downgrading him based on height and the absence of workout numbers, but the tape doesn't lie. I think he steps in and contributes as the #4 right away. I wouldn't wait. I'd rather get him and a more developmental guy later.

 

I disagree that they were huge reaches. I got to see Marcus Smith play in person, and he is an excellent player who is rising and still learning the position. I had him as a borderline 1st/2nd rounder. I see a 10 sack/year OLB by 2015 there. Buchannon may have been a bit more of a reach, but his film is pretty good.

 

Forgot Terrence Mitchell was still available. Exum also, though there are better options.
