He'd be hard to resist at this point. I'll wait until we get closer to list a few others.

There's also Ladarius Perkins out of Mississippi State. Change of pace RB with soft hands which will allow us to still use him in the passing game.

I wouldn't be opposed to Storm either but isn't he more of the same of what we already have? Also he has fumble issues.

Only a couple more picks until the Steelers are up, a couple names have been brought up:

    Storm Johnson, RB, UCF
    Ladarius Perkins, RB, Mississippi

I think Perkins could be the change of pace back they need, Storm wouldn't be a bad pick either. Any other names/positions people think could be good?

While I wouldn't mind a RB I'd like to throw out a name.

    Vinnie Sunseri. Safety. Alabama.

He'll probably redshirt 2014 but he's a very good safety. He tore his ACL in Oct but come 2015 he'll be a starter somewhere. Just a lot of value there not to consider

I'll start with a vote for..

    Vinnie Sunseri..... safety..... Alabama

He'll sit on IR learning the system rehabbing the ACL tear from Oct, not take up a roster spot and in 2015 replace will allen. He's a smart kid, great centerfielder and willing run stopper. His value is too great to overlook. He has starter qualities and this late in the draft that cannot be ignored.

A RB can be found later even UDFA. We have two top RB in Le-Le and a FB in WJ. We'll probably resign LSH after June 1 if his knee checks out anyways.

I know we already took an OLB, but if Worilds does leave after the season we will still be short at the position. I have to go with my BPA:

    LB Howard Jones, Sheperd

He's going to take some time to develop anyways, but I think he is going to be a monster down the road.

Just for a recap on who we have taken so far in what round.

    1.15 Darqueze Dennard, CB
    2.14
    Stephon Tuitt, DE
    3.33
    Marcus Smith, OLB
    4.18
    Brandon Coleman, WR
    5.17
    Josh Mauro, DE
    5.33 Michael Schofield, OT
    6.16
    Aaron Colvin, CB

I would like to see a little help added to the offense. A kid who might be a nice little project could be
    Blake Annen TE Cincinnati

Solid combination of size, athleticism, and football smarts. Was only a starter for his SR season at Cinci, but aided his offensive line in the AACs league leading rushing attack.

I won't vote just yet because with these late round prospects the only info I have is what I've read on them. But I do think TE is a need since Paulson hasn't really shown much.

Thats right, we haven't taken one yet, would have liked one earlier. At this point, I fear we will just get another Paulson. I'm sticking with RB since it's our biggest need as things currently stand, can't go into the season with only 2 backs and this being our last and final pick of the draft, my vote goes to...

    Ladarius Perkins, RB, Mississippi

I'm not voting just yet, but if I'm taking a RB right now, it's probably Tyler Gaffney, RB, Stanford. Other choices to consider-
    Vinnie Sunseri, Safety, Alabama
    Jordan Navajar, TE, Baylor
    Trey Millard, FB/HB, Oklahoma
    L’damian Washington, WR, Missouri
    Devon Kennard, LB, USC

I've already voted but here are some other choices I've considered and should be looked at since this is most likely our last pick:

    OLBer--

    Boseko Lokombo Oregon
Morgan Breslin USC ( hip surgery in 2013 )
    Prince Shembo N.D.
    Ronald Powell Fla. ( 2 ACLs in 2012 )

    RB-

Marion Grice Ariz. St. 6'0" 205... A slasher one cut guy... good fit for our new OZBS under Munchak.
James Wilder Jr. 6'1" 225 Fla. St..... Daddy played in the NFL
Darrin Reaves UAB 5'10" 210 .... another one cut OZBS guy

    OG/C

    Ryan Groy Wisconsin
    Russell Bodine UNC

Ok...I've been away all day but then again this is the LAST pick of our draft...so theres no huge rush. Right now we have votes for 4 players...and 2 of those have 2 votes each. We'll let this go a little while longer since theres no rush.

    ---------------------------

A couple thoughts on my end. I do not think OLB at this point will be worth it...same with TE. Right now...I'm leaning towards whoever the best/top RB is myself...and of the 2 that have votes right now I do not know whos better (I havent done any research). But I'll check back later tonight and see where we stand. Thanks!

I really like Tyler Gaffney, but he is a downhill runner like both Bell and Blount so my vote is Sunseri.

My vote is going for RB Storm Johnson...

I did some quick research on him and Perkins...most sites had Storm ranked over Perkins and such...so I decided to go with him.

As it stands now..we have 3 votes Storm....3 votes Sunseri....

...and we're still tied with 4 and 4 haha.

I'm going to bed now...but when I get on the computer tomorrow afternoon I'll see if we have anymore votes to break the tie/etc and go from there.
