I think if anybody could keep a tight leash on Incognito and reign him in, Munchak could, but I'd still pass on the guy. Too much baggage at this point and a distraction we don't need.

We've had a weak Oline for 6 years now. I'd say he's exactly what we need, assuming of course the coaches feel that he would be a good teammate.

Incognito is overrated no thanks he's been on 4 or 5 teams already, Miami O-line was a mess when he was playing besides he's a scumbag.

If we've devolved as a team to the point that Richie Incognito is EXACTLY WHAT WE NEED, God help us!

As it's the off-season and players are being cut, I'm presuming Scott has buried himself in a hole until the final 53 are announced, to protect his own sanity.

Do some research Bro, he's been suspended from two college teams, kicked of two college teams, charged with assault , punched a security guard at a Hotel, bullied teammates and kicked off two NFL teams. If you still want this guy you need not every speak a bad word about Rothlisberger again!

I started a thread when this all 1st happened to gauge any interest in signing him, maybe 2 said they would and I was on the fence because we really seemed to need a good OG AND I felt he wasn't the bully being made out to be...............................

With that said, coupled with the released evidence he isn't the Bully portrayed here's my thoughts.

I'm off the fence and don't want him signed here, my reasons are a bit different though. I'm not worried about his distractions or problems or locker room cancer. Remember, EVERYONE of his teammates defended him, even the punter, and that speaks volumes to association with his teammates. He is a solid OG with a mean streak and under Munchak could maybe become a solid probowler................................ I almost convinced me to change my mind here.

I say let him go somewhere else and let's keep who we have ( including Hubbard,Wallace,Velasco,Embernasty) and see what Munchak can do with young raw talent to supplement our Starting OL. Maybe draft a OT mid rds or a OG/C type via UDFA.

I'm not going to call Richie a scumbag, I will say he isn't a man of character, not a nice guy, foul mouthed and has self-control issues.
