Are the texts really THAT bad? I try not to read things if they are but I'm just curious about it. Do they make Martin look like a baby or something?

 

Umm, no thanks. Let the Raiders or Bengals have the drama. Whether he did anything wrong or not, the press will be on him like ugly on Rosie O'Donnell. Who needs that distraction?

 

Pretty much nothing racist or bullying about it. In fact quite the opposite, they look to be friends and their texts look to be not much different than what a lot of us would send and receive to/from our friends.

Aside from the fondness for hookers, cocaine, weed, and pounceys all night drug happy ragers, they appear to be normal.

Well since they're celebrities I would say that's actually pretty tame. LOL. What are the odds that these are the actual texts though? Has anyone came out and disputed them?

I wouldn't be surprised but I think they might be looking at some cap problems so I'm not sure they could afford him. You think he will go at a discount since he's had all these problems? That would be funny if he went there and then spent the rest of his career dominating the fins twice a year. LOL.

 

Wasn't Incognito a part of the line that gave up a near NFL leading # of sacks? No thanks, we want improvement.

 

I think he's pretty much a typical, young NFL player. Cocaine, booze and hookers is pretty much a typical night out for so many of these guys. Our Pouncey likes to party and I would be shocked if he isn't also paying for hookers and blow.

 

Isn't that kind of hypocritical though? We have a guy in Ben who most would say was falsely accused for something far worse than Incognito has been accused of, yet I'm sure you don't want to get rid of Ben?

What exactly has Incognito done so wrong that you would rather lose than have him on our team?

 

Yeah but right when it broke the Dolphins locker room backed Incognito and they all confirmed they were very good friends. I think Martin was looking for a lawsuit and didn't expect it to blow up the way it has.

 

Yeah Incognito is definitely not all there and yeah Ben and him have nothing in common. I would still sign him in a second though.

 

I'd bet everything I have that Pouncey is just as much of a scum bag. All these guys hang out together and lets not forget he was buddies with Hernandez, perhaps the biggest scumbag there is.

Incognito is not much different than a lot of other players out there. Money and fame change people, and it's incredibly naive to think a lot of these guys aren't exactly like Incognito.

As for Ben, there's something called context. Ben was brought up as a guy falsely accused of something. Incognito may be a scumbag, but his texts don't indicate half the stuff that has been claimed.

 

He was cut by the Rams for his repeated anger issues. No Thanks!
