    Saints Vs. Seahawks Discussion Thread

This should be a good game. I can't see the Saints winning today, though.

Shoulder to collarbone hit is a penalty? Of course it is..........in Goodell's NFL! Where's Harvin's dress?

Not Harvins fault, he doesn't make the rules and nothing dress wearing about that hit!

TTF moved his own thread??? What is happening in the universe? LOL. Go Hawks btw. Never been a Hawks fan but this team is fun to watch and I would like to see a good defensive team in the Super Bowl.

I think Ingram is a pretty good RB, but the Saints haven't used him right ever since they drafted him. If they ever fed him the ball 20+ times every game, he'd show why he was a high pick.

I get mad every time I watch these other teams play defense. The Steelers used to hit like that, but somehow after all the attention and the CBA they don't/can't.

It seems like every time they give him 20 carries, he produces big numbers, but then the following week they'll give him like 5 carries. It's just so stupid. He's a physical RB and physical RB's need consistent carries to get in a groove.

I hope the Saints win. The Seahawks defense gets away with murder every week.

I can't stand pretty teams like the Saints. I like physical, hard hitting, running teams like the Seahawks. The Seahawks remind me of what we used to be.

Ugh. Sorry, trying to type and watch the game at the same time. This is exactly why I tell the GF that she shouldn't ever expect anything whatsoever from me during football. I'll edit my post.

Well, that sucks! It's kinda funny that John Lynch is announcing this game and there's a penalty for the hit on Harvin (who seems to be okay.) Lynch hit harder, and dirtier, than anyone when he played.

To each his own I guess. I don't like either of these teams. Though, being a fan of defense, I'd think you'd have to admire the Saints. Not to mention the offensive schemes Sean Peyton draws up. I love the way the Seahawks run the ball. They can ground and pound all day with Lynch and Turbin. Little about the Seahawks defense reminds me of the Steelers.

I'm pulling for the Saints to win, but man, the Seahawks are playing like beasts.

I can appreciate the offensive schemes Payton draws up, but I just don't care for that high flying type of football. The way they're playing today is more of my type of football, but so often it's just nothing but screen plays and 40 yard bombs. That's not for me. I like smash mouth football.
