Steelers did their part in helping these coaches retain their jobs.

    The Vikings Leslie Frazier has already been fired. It looks as if the Titans HC Mike Munchak will be fired at some point this weekend. The Dolphins Joe Philbin is hanging by a thread and may be let go before it's over. Have we ever had a season where we lost to 3 teams whose head coaches were fired at the end of the season?

    TTF, could you get your crack research department on that right away? ;)

    Interesting that we lost to them, and they are getting fired. Of course, Cleveland fired their coach, who was just as unsuccessful against the Steelers as were all the other Cleveland coaches since their return to the NFL.

    2006. We lost to the Falcons, Chargers, and Raiders. The Falcons fired Mora, the Chargers fired Schottenheimer, and the Raiders fired Shell at the end of that season.

    Munchak is safe by the way.

    That may be the most downer stat of the season. It really doesn't reflect well on Tomlin to get outcoached by a bunch failures.

    Just to keep it in perspective, if philbin gets fired, it won't be because the team failed...it'll be because of his failure as a leader in the incognito scandal

    Don't read anything in to the Chargers firing their coach, they seemingly do those things on a whim.

    With the exception of the Dolphins, the other losses came when this team was in disarray. No team will win with the way our line performed those first several games.

    Well, you never know what to expect I guess. Last night I read he wasn't getting fired, but just now...
