Doubt it. He has a poor track record as a HC.

I honestly think he wants to finish what he started here. I think the steelers will have a top 5 offense next year and I think Ben will be in the mvp discussion

I don't know where this idea comes from. Incomplete maybe. Mediocre maybe. But poor? He turned the Chiefs around, got them in the playoffs in 2010 in his second season. The team was riddled with injuries in 2011, yet they remained competitive, and Haley was axed anyway. The Chiefs were 2-14 before Haley and then 2-14 after him. Andy Reid has taken his personnel (with Alex Smith at QB instyead of Matt Cassell) and improved them even further.

19-26 over 3 years with one postseason game that he lost. Poor.

It's easy to look at nothing but wins and losses and make a judgement, but to get the true picture you need to look at what he was working with. He took a fairly mediocre Chiefs team and turned them into a playoff contender. Then the next year he lost his starting QB as well as losing his top WR. I believe the team had a lot of other injuries too. There's only so much a coach can do with lots of injuries. I mean some on here are giving Tomlin a pass for the 0-4 start because of our injuries.

I think Haley is a good coach and I think he'll get some interest.

I believe if he's offered a HC position he will take it; however, I'm not sure that offer will come.

I don't give Tomlin a pass for an 0-4 start but I give him a pass for an 8-4 finish.

Bottom line on Haley - it's about winning and he hasn't proven that he can win as a HC. We'll just have to agree to disagree. ;)

Here are the records of some other "poor" coaches in their first three seasons:

    Coach A: 12-30, no post-season appearances.

    Coach B: 20-28, no post-season appearances.

Coach C: 22-25-1, two playoff losses.

Coach D: 19-29, one playoff loss

Can you guess who these four coaches were? Combined, they ended up with eleven rings.

    A=Chuck Noll; B=Bill Belichick; C= Bill Parcells; D=Jimmy Johnson.

I know patience is no longer a virtue in the NFL, but still...

It's a year too soon. After we win number 7 with our record setting offense next year, they'll be lining up.

They were a playoff contender, but look at their schedule. They played two teams(2) with winning records that year. Y'all make it out like Haley faced some mountain of adversity and it simply wasn't the case. The reality is they had a cream puff schedule.

    Cardinals 4-12
    Titans 6-10
    Rams 7-9
    Seahawks 7-9
    Broncos 4-12
    Bills 4-12
    Texans 6-10
    niners 6-10
    Browns 5-11

Danny Smith will see to it that Haley stays. Haley will Tomlin's special teams replacement. :lolol:
