    wheaton broke a finger vs the pack... didnt he miss several games earlier in the pre season or early reg season with a broken finger? is it the same finger? are his hands made of glass? damn

    Yeah, he missed a lot of time due to a broken finger. I don't think it's the same finger, but Tomlin didn't specify. Doesn't seem as serious this time.

    i mean what are the odds of a guy missing how many games his rookie year with not one but 2 broken fingers.. and no it sounds less serious but i mean is this a freak DOUBLE ACCIDENT or does he have ricketts or some brittle bones in his fingers/ are they long and skinny so goood for catching the ball but easy to break...

    Tom Bradley is the analyst for the Steelers post game show on WDVE and he said he thinks they will take WR in the 1st round.

    broken fingers on WR are very common especially the type that use their hands and not their body to catch. Ben throws pretty hard and Wheaton may just be getting some fast balls on the short slants....who knows?

    There has been multiple times this year where Ben has thrown it too hard and bounced it off his hands. But I don't think that's where he broke his fingers though.
