Is it a drafting problem, development problem or scheme problem? If the guys we're drafting simply suck, then Colbert would have a lot of explaining to do. If they have the ability but aren't getting it done, then Tomlin has to answer some questions.

Personally I think the Rooney's should hire a 3rd party guy with extensive experience and knowledge and have them completely assess the team from the top down and provide an unbiased report.

 

Didn't we only score 2 offensive td's tonight?

I really do think it's a drafting problem. I've been saying for a while now that we should only take linemen in free agency and get some proven guys that have been developed by people that actually know what they're doing.

It's just frustrating to watch other coaches always have success with running the ball. Shanahan always has success running the ball. It doesn't matter who he has on the Oline, he makes it work. Why can he do it everywhere he goes but we haven't been able to since Tomlin got here?

Belichek is another guy that can always run the ball and it doesn't seem to even matter who the RB is.

We're doing something wrong and it doesn't look to be improving. I'm sick of not being able to run the ball when we desperately need a 1st down.

Yeah this game might be a little deceptive. We were generating offense between the 20s for a while but couldn't close out drives.

We came out swinging in the 1st quarter, then we went back to being the same mediocre team we've been most of the season. I just don't understand why our players can't play 60 minutes.

I know and it's especially irritating when our defense is pretty dang average at best. Running the ball is what made the Steelers great. We've just lost that identity.
