Coaches do work crazy hours but I don't see how elder statesmen such as Lebeau or Monte Kiffin can do it.

It's no secret that I know that Bill is the greatest football coach in any and all known or unknown galaxies. That is just a flat out and indisputable fact. There is not a coach in any level that is even within a lightyear of his intricate knowledge of the game of football. I honestly think the ONLY man in the league that gets the CLOSEST to within a lightyear is Dick Lebeau. I would almost kill to know Dick's true opinion of Tomlin. Not that I think it would be negative. I would just like to know how he feels about his way of doing things. As far as how we gameplan, I have honestly not felt like we planned well for a loooong loooong time. I never felt like we did under BA and that was why I didn't like him. It was like things were done with neither rhyme nor reason. Like how could you go in to Cleveland on a night where it was below zero and throw the ball 50 times and lose to a flaming metrosexual like Brady Quinn who is nothing more than a career backup? That game alone is a microcosm of why I wanted BA gone and seems indefensible for even the most ardent fanboy of his. I just personally don't think of Tomlin as an "Xs and Os" type guy. I think of Mike McCarthy as one though. Also I think of Jim Harbaugh(as much as I despise him) as that way too. I just think Tomlin wants to "outwill" you. That being said though, I know that we gameplan and that Tomlin works hard but I just think that as a whole right now we might have the most collectively low football iq in the NFL. We just do some REALLY stupid things on the field. Like clock mgmt and dumb timeouts and things like that.

Our mistake in 2001 was knocking bledsoe out of the game. That would have been our 5th SB. Brady came in and killed us

Afraid to say you have that one backwards. It was Brady that was knocked out of the game with ankle and Bledsoe came in.

Nick Saban and Belicheck are the two
coaches that are light years ahead of
all other coaches in their respective leagues.
We could only hope when the Rooney's fire this fraud, that we could get one close to their caliber.ALA the EMPEROR.

How great would Belichick be if he had a QB like Blaine Gabbert you can scheme all you want you need good players. Belichick has been in the NFL over 30 years he should be good at creating a gameplan.

Dang, then we were screwed either way! After you told me I remember. Knocked Brady out. Bledsoe comes in and throws a TD huh?
