We're going to get a top 10 draft pick out of this miserable season. Besides this team has no business being in the playoffs, with that porous defense.

 

I don't trust the team with a valued pick. They will end up taking a running back...

We can easily lose our next 2...can even lose to Clev depending on who we play...Too lazy to check out the standings, but I gotta hope 6-10 is top 10

 

I think the remaining three games should be considered like auditions for guys on the bubble. Get in some good film and hope that how ever it shakes out that you get a call back. I do hope they play spoiler for some for Cinci and maybe the Packers if they have playoff hopes.

ok, a little history. Let's say the team finishes at 6-10.

The last time they finished 6-10 in 2003, they drafted Ben Roethlisberger in the first round.
When they finished 6-10 in 1986- a season remarkably like this one, as I've stated before, they then drafted Rod Woodson in the first round. Both times, they got lucky when other teams passed.

I just feel like we were mercifully put out of our misery today.

 

We found a DE in Cameron Heyward.

With Velesco, Pouncey, Levi Brown, Mike Adams, Marcus Gilbert, DeCastro, Foster, Beachum, Wallace we should be able to fill a pretty good offensive line next year.

We found a RB in Leveon Bell

Heath Miller is healthy again.

Vince Williams placed decent.

Cothery was money all season.

Suisham was MVP for most of the season.

 

9 teams have more losses than we do and 3 others have 5 wins too. The Steelers will win their last three games and screw that up too. I'd start Landry Jones from here on out and turn the place kicking duties over to one of the ball boys.
