HinesWardHOF this team sucks and we are glad that your point of view has been vindicated. Hold you head up high as a true Steeler fan calling it like you see it, with no BS to clutter up the huge level of sucking. This buds for you

 

There was some good from this season, but the reality of our cap situation next season seems to make any progress this year moot.

We can't even save money by releasing all those over-payed defensive players.

 

well according to him if we all check in here and admit that he's right then they will improve next year. If not, well then they're doomed to suck again because we can't admit it.

lol .. i would say very funny .. but the team is so sad it is of no consolation to be correct on my doomsday predictions... and i dont think we have the right coaching staff to correct it ... every loss eats at me all weeek.. when the steelers lose (which is quite often... sorry i couldnt resist) i dont want the 4pm game.. the SNF game.. the MNF game.. no game until they play again (and usualy lose again) so nedless to say i didnt get to see much FB.. thennnnnnnnnn on top of that living in this chithole called cincinnati 6 months a year compounds the steelers losign with the bungals winning.. and all the steelers fans here are to blind or stupid to see we are NOT that good.. and you cant fix a problem if you dont see the problem .. doesnt matter if its a business or a sports. team.. first step is to recognize the problem.. and these so called fans here are too blind or stupid to see it ( i hope the rooneys can see it ) .. the the members here want to do is blame the refs .. o God for a bad break.. or roger G.. when the ****ty theam and coaching staff is the real problem but the members here refuse to admit that... and when i speak ONLY THE TRUTH I GET BLASTED... there wil no more FB games on TV this season in this household... heres to whoever can beat the bungals in the playoffs

 

No. The members here want to point out officiating was bad. I haven't read a single post that puts the whole loss on the refs. Perhaps you could point one out?

There is a difference between seeing the truth, speaking the truth and becoming the Randy Quaid character from Major League 2. I don't think I ever blasted you but it started to become comical to see you say it over and over again. I don't think anyone dismisses the problems but sometimes you want to believe even when it looks like your dumb to do so.

What we think or believe has ZERO impact on how the Steelers will move forward to improve the team. I don't know about you, but I'm not an employee of the team. I've never said Godell is against us and I haven't blamed the refs for anything. I also haven't been doing any math to get us into the playoffs. I know the team isn't as good as it needs to be, so what do you want me to do about it? I just watch the games and cheer and have fun rooting for the Steelers.

 

Actually, I was never part of the Fire-BA posse. Pretty ardently against them, in fact, for pinning all their blame on one person. But that aside...

Here's the problem, Hines: you're acting like the board is a one-minded organic whole who thinks and acts in one voice. Much of what you've been saying all season has been said by at least half, if not more of the posters I read.

Yet, for some reason, you who want to claim you've been a one-man crusade against the passive forces of blind fans, and that everyone else has been terribly mean to you in the process.
