If you print these out, rub screenwash over them and hold them up to the light, you can just make out the extra rules as well - such as "Rule 12.1.3, Note 16 - if the defensive team is the Pittsburgh Steelers, holding shall never be called on the offensive team."

 

I skimmed this, but could not find the rule about coaches not being on the field - does it designate the penalty
?

 

I thought that was Thou shalt not touch, look at or otherwise sneer at Tom Tom.

For that matter, they could probably fine every NFL coach and team every week for violating the restricted white line zone rule in that article. Just saying.
