I'd throw Justin Gilbert, OK St in there as well.

I'd add Stanley Jean-Baptiste, NU to that list, too.

Good list. I think Belue is pretty small? But I would be happy with most of the rest of those guys. Personally, I like the Big Ten guys Dennard (Mich St.) and Roby (Ohio St.). I watch every Buckeyes game, and I think too many people are down on Roby because he had a couple bad games against Wisky and N'Western. The kid has a different kind of game than any other CB in the country. He covers well in a zone, and isn't afraid to press his guy and play man (he is always on the opponent's best receiver). He's pretty fast, and is an excellent tackler. He hits pretty dang hard for a CB too. I just think his game fits Lebeau's scheme the best of the guys that are in the 2nd-3rd round range, but maybe its just cuz he's a Buckeye.

roby has to many PI calls. he's a grabber. also when he doesn't need to be.

a couple of guys I have listed can play safety too. I'd like to see an upgrade over golden as clark and troy head off into the sunset. we will be pretty thin. we will have an opening at both cb and safety. the guys on my list defend the pass well and make picks. something we are lacking.

I put them up there to show there is some quality deeper into these positions then just at the top. db is a pretty deep couple of positions this year.

I'm also looking to add some speed to our db's , something we are lacking right now. Thomas has it at safety but we need another young guy to put with him and learn while troy is still here.

what we do with will allen will also be critical to the young guys going forward. troy may not be the best to learn from and if clark is gone, who will teach them and give stability back there?

I believe the Steelers will be targeting the CB position with a very high pick. I like your list Mac. I will have to study quite a bit before the draft

I watch a lot of VT football and love fuller, tech has a good track record with corners and his younger brother Kendal is going to be one to watch for in a couple of years
