    Coincidentally, the entire playing surface is being re-sodded this week. Pitt will play on it Friday.
    I'm not sure if the NFL makes a big effort to take those local circumstances into consideration when making the schedule. They may though.

    I was there for that beauty of a game. We won 3-0 and after the game Steve Young talked about what a useless game it was and how we could "learn nothing" from this game. That weekend there was a high school game, a Pitt game, and then we played that Monday night. It rained so dang much. I've never been that wet before. I remember they delayed the game and we had to go stand under cover and this drunk guy was cussing my dad for being a cowboys fan. LOL.
