    I cannot believe (I think I read it right), we had 8 yards in penalties today?!?! I never remember us having so few yards in penatlies. It hasn't been mentioned much, but this is an area we have greatly improved upon this year. Great job! I know that Baltimore always self-destructs, let's keep our cool this Thursday, and that will help us defeat the Rats.

    Oh there were penalties alright - they just weren't called by the refs. Gay's blind side sack on Campbell could have been called roughing the QB on another day the way his arm hit the QB's face. Just looked like the refs were content to let them play - perhaps it was the wind chill off the Lake. Same can be said about Ben's zero INT's last week. Oh he threw them - they just weren't caught by wide open defenders. All just a matter of statistical anomalies which I'll take all day long. :cool:

    yeah the refs were probably too cold to reach for the yellow hankies

    I believe at one point we were the fewest penalized team in the league
