    I'm not one to overreact, and I've been a supporter of Tomlin in the face of criticism. That said, I fire him tomorrow AM. His era needs to end immediately, if not sooner.

    I'm also going to do a year by year list of additions and departures to see how we got into this disturbing dearth of talent, but my guess is that my research will show that Colbert has lost his ability to build a talented roster.

    I am sure Tomlin will say the team and coaching staff own this season and their performance. At that point I would fire the entire coaching staff and put players on notice they will be next.

    You wait that long? I wouldn't even let him get on the damned plane.

    I've been holding back for a long time. But this man was a CARETAKER who took a pre-built team and just stayed out of the way. And when the chinks in the armor began to form - as they do for any team over the years - he had ZERO answers to fix them. None.

    If a CEO ran a company this badly into the ground, he'd be gone.

    I see no reason it shouldn't be the same here.

    While my anger is flashing and the bile from this loss is still in my mouth I'll subscribe to that. There IS a problem in this organization at the top. Colbert and Cowher seemed to be of one mind when it came to what Cowher was looking for in terms of talent. It's hard to say specifically where the problem is now, and very difficult to evaluate these things in the present.

    Enough said. I've seen enough. Blow it up. I'll gladly take 2-3 less than stellar seasons (with a team that shows effort) in a rebuild. And I want "Obvious" nowhere near that rebuilding.

    The rest of the staff should be shown the door as well.

    So this season we managed to give up the most points ever for us, let Raiders have their longest run ever, oh and let them win after a bye for the first time in 10 years. Forgot to mention we are last in the division. Thought I heard them say that was the first time since 88, this is a season full of first.

    If they're smart they won't fire anyone........yet. We don't want to ruin a good thing we got going. We are on pace for a high draft pick,don't change a thing.

    First season since 1968 in which the Steelers started 0-4.
    First season since 1989 in which the Steelers gave up 40+ points twice.
    One of only 6 teams to allow three 100-yard receivers in a game.
