What is Brady going to do to this Defense this Sunday with the 5-15 yard cushions DL's scheme calls for. Another 3-4 TD head start for the other team? He must be licking his chops right about now. I honestly cannot believe the line is only 7 pts. I would not bring myself to ever bet against the Steelers, but that seems like easy money to me.

In what game this year have we given the other team a 3-4 touchdown headstart?

I think, barring unknown injuries, that our defense stands a good chance against them. The Raiders game was freakish.

I was pretty depressed with Sundays results but I'm going to wait and see how they respond against NE, they simply suck out west, going to take the Raiders game with a grain of salt.

I bet on sports a lot. It's damn near a 2nd career for me, so believe me, there's no such thing as easy money. Bet against the Steelers if you want, but don't start counting your winnings until it's over. The Pats have failed to move the ball at times this year, so this game could very well be close and it wouldn't shock me if we won.

I got killed this week, just one of those things, like last nights game, you would think that would be an easy cover for the Seahawks, nope. Bunch of games like that this week.

Do you really think NE will need a 3-4 TD cushion to beat us?

No they will play lights out and this is what pisses me off about this team! It looks like they only gameplan for certain teams during the season! Makes no sense! It's painfully obvious that they gameplanned for the Jets and Ravens, but somehow didn't do **** for Oakland!

Now they'll come out and have a full Offense and Defensive plan for New England and actually look like at least a .500 team.

We came up with a really great defensive plan the last time we played the Pats and we won. I did not pick us to win, but I am holding onto a little bit of hope that we do something similar this time around.

not sure what Brady is gonna do. he isnt having a very good year. i keep hearing that he doesnt have any weapons to throw to, but either does Ben.

well Ben doesnt have terrible weapons, but there only average. AB is above average. Miller is good, but lets be honest, hes not great. he isnt in the same category as some of the top TE's in the game. Sanders is OK and the hind site being 20/20, tbey should of let him sign with the Pats. Cotch is ok for what he is and the 2 rookies dont have enough time to really know what they have.

I'm not sure why everyone is so down on the Steelers this game.

Brady's looked terrible this season. Gronk is the only receiver he trusts. Last time we played the Pats it was Cortez Allen's coming out party. The ROOKIE covered Gronk in the slot most of the game and went toe to toe with him, and shut him down.

The whole middle of the Pats defense is out for the year, meaning Bell could have a good day. We're not a very good team right now, and Brady is still very dangerous, but I'd take the Steelers +7.

If Lebeau continues with the same thing, Brady will have 10 play drives with 8 yard hitches and outs and kill us every single time. Lebeau needs to change things up or he's the one who's going to be changing jobs.

I'm not worried about Brady. He hasn't been playing that great this year but they have been winning. What I'm worried about is our offense giving them opportunities to score.

There is zero chance that the Steelers will ever fire DL.

Of course they'd fire Lebeau. If he stops being able to get the job done and refuses to step down, they'll fire him and won't think twice about it. If you actually believe what you wrote, then you obviously have zero faith in ownership/management to do what needs to be done to get this team back to its winning ways.

I'm not saying firing Lebeau needs to happen, but if it did need to happen, I believe the Rooney's would do it. I believe they would do anything they thought would turn this team around.

The OP was talking about firing him now, there is zero chance of that happening. Too bad or some of you that he isn't even remotely close to not being able to get the job done, he'll be leaving when he's good and ready. The only hope his detractors have is if there is a pre arranged agreement for him to step down after this year so Butler can take over.

Anybody remember the game in early 2000's when the Pats threw it 28 times in a row if I remember the number?
