Alot of people blame the state of this franchise on Tomlin and/or Haley alot and there is some legitimate concerns there but I do not see alot of people calling for Colbert's head. I think he has been managing this team for far too long and just doesn't have an efficient method or perspective when it comes to managing a modern NFL team. We need a change there. He has completely destroyed our cap and we do not have much to show for it. We have no superstar players on this team like even the worst teams have (except maybe Polomalu?) yet we can't afford to sign much needed veteran free agents or our own guys for that matter.

p.s. then ofc Brown drops it and kills our drive FML
