I feel it. Bears have gotten lucky AT HOME first two weeks. We are going to win Sunday night I know it. 16-10 Steelers. Also we will be tied for first with Ravens and Bengals after Sunday night at 1-2.

Next weeks game is basically another home game in London. That will be 80% Steeler fans. Battle of 1-2 teams. We get to 2-2.

Then comes the best timed bye week in the history of Pittsburgh. Two weeks to get healthy. Step away. Feel a little better about living with a win for two weeks. Team bonds during trip overseas. We come back from bye and roll Gino Smith. 3-2

Ravens come to town and it is always a hard fought game and they are looking down as well. We get lucky catch some breaks during the game and win it. Suddenly we are 4-2.

Trip to Oakland. Come on we got to beat these guys sometime right? Terrelle Pryor? Come on we can win this. 5-2.

Head to NE. Yea we may lose that but we got Bills, Lions coming to Heinz then headed to play the Cleveland Brian Hoyers. I got a feeling going into Thanksgiving night we are around 6-5 or so. Who's with me?

Love your optimism but this team is toxic right now and it started at the end of last season

Will probably get our act together after the bye but at 0-4 or 1-3 will be a little to late

Sounds good to me, I had us going 2-2 to start the season. I definitely see the Ravens and Bengals losing this week but the Steelers will need to play a whole lot better than they've shown so far, Chicago are no scrubs.

I just heard from a reliable source, Pimp Dylan himself will deliver a pre-game speech. This stuff just got real.

There it is. Pimply Dan talk is always good for a win :applaud:

Cannot wait to see what he has to say this year.

Instead of hanging signs about pool and ping pong in the locker room they should be putting up signs about our historic Pimply Dan

If they are going to do this, they better show something quick. They are not leaving much to hang onto right now.

did AB and Sanders get 4" taller during the week? did the oline figure out how to pass protect and run block overnight? did they find a rb? did the defense figure out how to get to the qb? does the defense know how to create turnovers now? did Haley figure out how to call a creative game? did Tomlin pull his head out of his a zz?

if all that happened than yes they will turn this around. otherwise this team isnt turning it around the way they are made up right now. so unless we see major changes, meaning Wheaton and Moye see major time. Miller is fully healthy and back to his old self. the oline can actually hold a block for longer than 2 seconds. a rb steps up and the defense creates plays and Ben can find his old magic again, its gonna be a long season.

Optimism is great, sorta like waiting for Santa Clause on Christmas eve when we were kids: The truth is, Ben doesn't have the weapons on offense to turn anything around, the Oline is a sieve, no running game, no passing game, and the defense cant stop the run or get any turnovers, realistically their chances for making a turn around this season with the lack of talent they have is a huge longshot, and Sunday night is just going to be a replay of the last two games, in my opinion....

I like the optimism that the post started out with but I feel like the end is quite pessimistic! You have us getting to 5-2 but then going 1-3 in our stretch with NE, Buffalo, Detroit, Cleveland to fall to 6-5 going into Thanksgiving. If we win 5 in a row then go 1-3 in that stretch, the Board will be much like it is now heading into Thanksgiving.

I really really think this team comes out determined on Sunday night and makes a statement. I don't know why but I have a feeling they do.

Maybe when Hines gets back from the Ironman they can get him out of retirement.

I'm with you but I feel we can and should be 7-4 not 6-5. Time to step up and return to our winning ways.

Well lets hope so but with ticket sales down and the fans losing faith I am not so sure this team can win . This will be the second of three games which were at home. Apparently having a home game does not inspire nor make
a defining difference as we would like to think.

I am hopeful but not confident. With Heath coming back it will make a definite difference but how much remains to be seen. Wheaton starting along with Jones is encouraging but not sure it will be enough to secure that Win. We need this win really badly.

I'm not looking forward to this game. Cutler has a history of carving us up. Have we ever beat a cutler lead team?

Winning cures all they say, and I believe it will start Sunday night. Heath and possibly Bell will be active.

After the bye I will be waving my Terrible Towel at Metlife Stadium. They have never lost a game I have attended. I will bring some CK mojo...

    Go Steelers
