We just got Bell though so what would you have been willing to give up in order to get Richardson?

Today a guy came up to me and said "Knock knock" and I said "who's there" and he said "owen" and I said "2". He was like "DANG! HOW DID YOU KNOW WHAT I WAS GONNA SAY???" I was like "I just did".

Yinz mean the guy who hasnt played a down for us yet as opposed to a proven #1 NFL back....Id send Bell to them and next years 3rd round pick.....might even drop to a 2nd round if they played hard ball. We need a bell cow back!!!!

I honestly am to the point that I think Barry Sanders couldn't run behind this line so I really don't even know that Richardson could help us. We've GOT to get this thing fixed or we will never be able to play ground and pound again.

    Browns trade 2012 First-round pick (No. 4):Fourth-round pick (No. 118):Fifth-round pick (No. 139):and Seventh-round pick (No. 211): in 2012

    For Colts 2014 18th overall....maybe.

    Poor Cleveland.

I think Lombardi is just going to drive them straight into the ground and try to accumulate as many high draft picks as possible. Had we not drafted Bell this year, I wonder if the Steelers would have been in play for Richardson? Smart move by Ryan Grigson. I like his proactive nature.

I know we are in a cap mess, but if Cleveland is looking at making deals, what all would we need to do to try and pry Joe Thomas away form them?

I haven't followed the Browns closely but many opinions I have read feel that Richardson is as Jim Brown described him, "ordinary." I guess if a new regime can trade what they deem as a bad draft pick and recoup the #1 pick it's sort of a win.

Trent Richardson was the focal point of every defence. Cleveland never had a legit QB. I think with Andrew Luck now as his QB, Richardson is really going to show his worth. A very smart trade by Indy IMO.

Do you seriously think they would trade Richardson in their own division?
And do you seriously think that if the Browns would make the offer that the Steelers would even remotely entertain the idea of a trade given that they took Bell so high just 5 months ago? C'mon the Steelers ain't the Browns.
