    We fired Arians and brought in Haley. Okay, let's say we need to try a third OC - how many do you hire before you start to look at the guys doing the hiring and running the show as far as coaching goes?

    That's the thing we were doing just fine with Arians(12-4) with a decimated OL, #1 rb out... Rooney came along doing his best Jerry Jones impression thinking he could fix things with his magic wand and we've regressed offensively. You have to put together an offensive scheme that fits the players you have. Trying to fit your players into a scheme that doesn't match their strengths is a recipe for disaster.
