We waited a year for this!!!

This is the worst performance I've ever seen on opening day In recent years what a disgrace
Tomlin needs to go at the end of the season

 

My complaint......... I'm having trouble finding a good place to start, it looked bad everywhere,everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no complaints .. we are just not that good.... i said 5-11 so didnt expect much ,,,didnt get much .. i said most of our games would be 16-13 scores... just over estimated the steelers ability to score... and i think at 5-11 i overexpected (if thats a word)

one minute 55 seconds to go ... we are on the 4 yard line.. and we cant throw it 4 yards into the end zone.. we throw it to the 3 and get tackled... just terrible play calling.. we can toss it 4 F ing yards? terrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrible... where is BA?

My number one complaint is our OL is still offensive.

Number two would be all the people blaming the defense.

5 sacks, 2 fumbles, 1 int isn't doing your defense any favors.

While sitting here I'm watching the first and goal drive with two minutes to play. WHY THE **** IS HALEY CALLING HIS PATENTED SIX INCH PASS PLAYS DOWN HERE? PUT THE BALL IN THE ENDZONE!

 

watch it again?? again???? id rather go blind then watch that again... TTF remind me never to challange you to a fight... if you can watch that AGAIN u are a hell of a man and i sure as hell dont want to battle you .. you woud kick my ass while i had my eyes closed hahah... have fun.. id rather puke from a kidney stone than watch that .. at least teh bengals lost..

Here's a bright side - the ENTIRE AFC North lost in week 1!

 

I will ask the same thing I did last season. How do you know what Haley called? How do you know Ben didn't audible? How can you be so sure you know what is happening in the huddle?

Tomlin won't get fired. The Rooneys are too stubborn for that.

So expect three more years of Coach Cliché

 

How does that solve our problems?

 

My complaint is that we suck worse than I thought we did!

 

I was defending MT but no more, there is a problem when the same exact thing is happening for 3 freaking years and it still doesn't get addressed. For everyone crying about BA, what kind of offense does this look like? This was pathetic, I am sick of hearing ,"it's only the preseason" and then, "its only the first game" , this is 3 years going and we get treated to the same garbage, fire MT now, he has lost this team.

 

We will lose lots of games this year. Our team just sucks, it hurts me to say that but we do. Next week we are gonna get killed on National TV. I said we would be 9-7 this year but truly..... maybe 2-14 since we play Cleveland twice.

We had one sack right? This is not a DL defense. We had no running game. We had no pass protection. We had no heart. This is a Tomlin team.

 

where do you start?

the defense was ok. again only 1 sack not much pressure and no turnovers.

the offense is going to be terrible this year if Haley and Tomlin dont change some things up. 2 times they are down inside the 10 and the tallest reciever you have is on the sidelines and you hand the ball off to Redman the first time down there and the second time Ben keeps throwing passes to him.

am i missing something here? we keep complaining that they have no tall recievers, but you have Moye watching and paulson doesnt even sniff a pass.

i still think releasing Dwyer was a huge mistake. now Howlings is hurt, Redman is what he is. Jones was barely used and we are all hoping Bell, who has never had an NFL carry is going to be the savior.

i said it before, this team is going to struggle to be .500. after todays game they might be fighting for that #1 pick in the draft.

this was absolutely a terrible performance. for all those who said the preseason was meaningless. do you still feel that way?

 

1. With all the investment in our OL is is still the joke of the league.
2. With only 2-3 seconds each pass play before the D hits the QB, is it even worth the $ to keep Ben? What's the point?
3. No play makers on offense
4. D is okay, but offense is so bad it won't matter.
5. At least we didn't lose because of our special teams

 

Will 6 games get us a wild card this year?? LOL.
