that's the thing right there. he's SUPPOSED to be a professional, but he's not coaching like one.

he's a big reason why the Steelers are the least motivated team in the league.

well lets review.. the one post asked this week .. what would we like to see in the game.. best and worst .. worst is a loss and major injuries.. best is a win and no injury.... guess which one it is .. at this rate we wil have about 6 guys from the PS active next week..

What does Tomlin do? I mean I'm not being sarcastic. What does he actually do? Does he just make decisions about personnel and when to go for it or punt or kick a field goal or whatever? What is his actual role on the team?
