I keep both because of two reasons....one all we here is that 5th WR needs to be a ST player....Moye doesn't do ST.......Dunn does......if I am looking at that #53 spot as a ST spot......No one offers more to ST than Dunn. And 2....TED GINN ...Dunn can become Ginn.

As for the 5th S....It could just as easy be an extra LB....I took Cro...because of ST plus the fact that Golden or Shamarko could slide into the slot and Cro could play S. on gameday.

and I actually wish I could find a way to keep Ta'Amu and Fangupo.....I am a big fan of Hebron..had him in my mock the year he came out......I loved seeing Woods, Ta'Amu and Fangupo lined up shoulder to shoulder on that goal line.....big push!.

I like Arnfelt....and would try to sneak him to the PS....but I would almost rather keep 8 DL this year.

I think Redman gets cut...at least Dwyer was available. Redman has been knicked up all preseason and hardly got a lot of carries. Plus does Redman even have the speed to get the edge?

Apparently we have a lot of LB's who are solid, it will be interesting who we keep?

I don't understand you stating the same exact comment mocking what I said two times in a row to two different members. We get it, twice.

Maybe I shouldn't have used the word costly since it relates TOO much value for you.

Carter is underperforming/Harrison is gone/ worilds is in final year of contract/Jones is a rookie and Woodley is historically injured missing multible games per season. The OLBer position is vulnerable and needs young talent to groom. It seemed to appear that Robinson was just that and the team was high on him. So loosing him to me seemed costly, and like I tried to explain to you and you can't grasp it, costly can have many levels of value. Costly for future development but not costly in immediate needs.

I am surprised the eagles released him. He can't go back to the PS so its roster or home.

You're probably still confused and without understanding, a condition common with novice fans.

I disagree about Redman. He is a good short yardage back and is a better receiver and pass blocker than Dwyer. He isn't as fast as Dwyer like you stated but Dwyer has had a couple fumbles this pre-season and That is why he's waived if not traded. We have speed in Bell,Jones and LSH.

Agree about LB's.... There's gonna be some-one cut who deserves a roster spot. Care to make any predictions on who gets cut and why?

Could we cut Landry and go into the season with only 2 QBs. As poorly as Landry has been I seriously doubt a team signs him to their 53 so we could put him on our PS to continue developing and if an injury occurs we could activate him?

Just a thought trying not to loose a good talent because of our TE/RB situation.

I still don't see Robinson's trade as costly. I only see it as a good move by the Steelers.

Anything's possible I guess, but I don't see them cutting Landry.

Lesson Learned!!! I looked up the definition of costly and it says " loss of great value". I attributed value to robinson but not great value so to me it was costly, to a degree but not in great measure.

I promise to be much much more careful in choosing my words. Can you guys ever forgive me? I truly apologize for the misuse of the English language.

I also don't see us cutting landry but did see a 53 man prediction where he was cut in order to save or protect a player. just wondering what others thought of that possible move.

Sure...we'll all try really super hard to forgive you.

I saw it as having essentially no cost, so any word or phrase that implied otherwise would give my poor brain trouble.

As someone else pointed out, Jones fits our new zone blocking scheme better, I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see Bell, LSH, Jones and Red as our stable.

I would be really surprised if that happens. Not because I think Dwyer is so great but just because we've invested quite a bit of time in him and he got so many preseason snaps. Also I've seen some analysts project him as the starter until Bell comes back.

Unless like others have suggested, they know Red is the starter and keeping him on the shelf until the season starts.
