No, but he just watched the team give out extensions to guys who aren't even full-time starters. He is a better player than Herbig. He is a far better player than Benton.

I stll can't believe anybody actually went so far as to call wha the is doing immoral, but the team putting the screws to him because it has leverage is brilliant. The truth is, there is nothing immoral about either position.

Who here would trade Porter for a next year`s 1st round draft pick? Maybe a poll about this?

I never said they were being cheap or implied they were being cheap. You're making it up. It was not the premise of anything I said. You are the one that brought up ownership's finances and accused Porter of being greedy and having a huge ego. That's what I'm responding to. You just don't like that I lampooned your thoughts on the subject by showing that the team has all the money in the world, yet you begrudge them nothing and think it's fine for them to pay much less than market value to players that have earned it.

I always say the team can't be cheap when they're spending the entire salary cap every year. You're accusing me of saying things here that go against what I have always said about that and always so say every single time that accusation comes up from someone. This has nothing to do with the team being cheap. It has to do with how much they value him and them trying to keep his value down. Unfortunately for the team, his stats and comparable players say otherwise. If they end up signing him for a lesser number, it will only be because he chooses to accept less. By your definition, the team is being the greedy side of the negotiation and Porter is willing to take less and sacrificing for the team.

He is honoring it. Until he doesn't play in a game and we know without question that he is faking an injury. There is nobody that can really prove that he doesn't have an issue going on with his back.

People keep insisting that they know exactly what Porter is asking for, the condition of his back, the greed in his heart, the size of his ego, his morality , and any other random thoughts that fans are claiming they know for a fact.

Until he is sitting out regular season games in protest and stating that those are his intentions until he gets a contract, it's all speculation.
