Any coffee roasters?

I just roasted some this morning and I tried something new. I love to roast coffee to within an inch of burning. But today I tried roasting two batches dark roast and two medium roast and combined them in the storage canister. My hope is that this will produce a combination of the dark roast punch with some medium roast flavor. Should also add a little caffeine as roasting longer removes it.

 

I did for awhile, but I got lazy, and went back to buying mine done already.

 

The last time I tried it they booed me off the stage.

 

I used to brew beer when options were limited

When micros started I stopped

 

My family that grows all the garlic that I talked about also brews their own beer, but sometimes it great, and sometimes it sucks a$$. LoL

 

I never made a bad batch of beer. But I did 3 things, I only made styles I like, I followed the instructions carefully and I had good sanitation.

 

That's their their problem. They like to experiment too much. They made a batch of stout that was delicious, and I said this is delicious, snd they said, we want to try something different. LoL.
Its their beer so they can do what they want, but I want them to make only theat stout
