So if You are my janitor, and I retire, and someone else makes you a successful CEO, who gets credit for your success, me , or the guy who made You a CEO?

With a bit of thought, and knowledge you would know that many of them , didn't start under Belichick so if Arians is not a Tomlin tree, then they aren't a Belichick tree. Funny how different rules apply huh??
Also how many of them were successful HCs??

All 7 of these men were hired by Bill Belichick during his career. As such they are under this coaching tree.

Arians was NOT hired by Tomlin. He was a Bill Cowher hire.

I say Saban was a great coach.

O'brein won 2 playoff games and the AFC South 4 times. He was decent.

It shows you how dumb those teams are hiring those bums just because they worked for Belichick and all of them ended up sucking. If Cowher thought so much of Arians, he would've hired him as OC and not some lowly WR coach .

Good grief dude you should be embarrassed for thinking this is a good coaching tree, the only one with a winning record is O'Brien .

They didn't start coaching under Belichick, and if Tomlin didn't fire Arians he could have, but he gave him a raise, and a higher position. LoL. What did you want him to do, fire him, and then bring him back?? He was only forced to keep Lebeau. I know You have Tomlin problems , but if You can't see that I don't know what to tell you. Use your brain. Also none of those coaches were good HCs from Belichicks tree.

Not everyone start their career with Belichick but his point was, they were hired by the pats(or the browns)when Belichick was the head coach....Who become a head coach after being hired by Tomlin with the steelers?

not when they were assistant...Like Josh McDaniels,Romeo Crennel and Brian Flores were all poor head coach(average in the case for Flores)but they are great OC or DC.Nick Saban is the best college head coach of all-time

I don't care what they did under Belichick we're talking them as a HC.

If they would not been good assistant, they would never have been head coaches at some point.Good assistant matter in the NFL.Do you think Steve Spagnolo,Dick LeBeau or Romeo Crennel are not great DC because they struggle big time as head coach?

I didn't say they weren't good assistants, just don't give me this crap that somehow makes it a good coaching tree.

Technically Arians wasnt from anyones coaching tree. He went to the Colts as an OC and only got recognition as a HC because he had to step in when Pagano was hospitalized and he just seized the opportunity. He’s his own coaching tree, the job he did for the Colts got him noticed.
