4th down Go% says he's a bigger risk taker than the previous HC in PIT.

If Tomlin was a risk taker with Duck Hodges, Mason Rudolph, Kenny Pickett, Mitch Trubisky, Justin Fields, washed up Russell Wilson, or ancient Aaron Rodgers we wouldn't have won more than 3 games a year.

that proves he was a risk taker. risking many of them could be a good QB. :smiley1::cool:

Tomlin was a head coach who had decided to punt on 4th down and 8 with 5 minutes left down by 9 points in Cleveland in 2022.It was awful

Well Tomlin rated last so he is not a risk taker on offense. He 32nd of 32 head coaches.

McCarthy accepted HC of the Steelers with no clear longer term QB in place. That's sure Risky Business right there. And no, we're not going to debate Bob Seeger at this time.

What I want a person to do is look at the top 10 teams in there , and the date , and try convincing me its a good thing. LoL

Is that why he hired and later promoted Matt Canada?

Or better...having a first down in the first 2 down...Problem for the steelers since several years, they have too many 3rd down, very few first down in the first 2 down

The eagles have been in 3 super bowl since 2017 and they have often been on fourth down....It was a huge reason for their super bowl win vs pats in 2017

The key is not to just recklessly go for it all the time but when the situation calls for it. Too many times Tomlin would punt it away and you’d be like what?!? why?!?

Maybe Tomlin figured he has the worst QB's in the league so why not hire the worst offensive coordinator who can relate to them. (This is supposed to be in green font).

And you can still hire Rebecca De Mornay as a prostitute. At 66 years old she is a lot less pricier than she was in 1981.
