I saw Styper live again this past weekend, and I took this video. One of their newer songs that has been stuck in my head.

Got to see David Clayton Thomas (RIP Sir) in concert in a community theater in late 90's - neighbor had extra tickets, 35 years or so after their string of hits in the 60's. He still had an amazing set of pipes and put on a very good show. My favorite line from one of their songs "And When I Die? (written by Laura Nyro) is "I know there ain't no heaven and I pray there ain't no hell!" Dude could sing.

Always loved Emmylou Harris back in the day. Here's one of her tunes partnering with her BFF Gram Parsons, the mystery man of Joshua Tree National Park around the time of the Flying Burrito Brothers era. This is an unpolished studio version of Return of the Grievous Angel. Sweet harmonies. Enjoy.

Here is the polished version which is blended better but not as good as the rougher version above IMO.

I used to hate this band when I was young. LoL. Stupidly I alway tried comparing them to Skynyrd, and thought they were the weaker. LoL . Don't ask me why. After I got out of my teens I learned that I could like them both . How stupid is that???
