Duck your question? What are you talking about? I expect Mcarthy to win, thats what he is here for, so i expect him to win and make the playoffs. Why would i expect less and why would i expect more given we have seen nothing from Mcarthy's team yet. Saying theres a 50% chance we win a playoff game in 2027 is basically saying nothing, you might as well just say I think we will or will not win a playoff game.

it had running boards, reese hitch, tow package, loaded interior. factory 300 HP 350 4 bbl. used to take it in the strip pits 4 wheeling too. the last year the whole top came off up to the windshield. had my harley sportster at that time too. had this when i also lived in homestead fla.. me and a buddy decided we would cruise south beach and ft. lauderdale beach all day while the kids were on spring break. lots to see for sure but all day with the top off didn't fair well when we got home that night. we were so sunburnt it wasn't funny. had to go back to work hurting. was it worth it? h8ll yes. :smiley1::cool:

I used to be into hot rods

    Then I went 4x4 forever

My new toy now is a Ford Explorer ST. That doesn’t sound like much but the ST package I got is hard to find and pricey. Top speed is 146.

I had it well into triple digits on the way home about 8 minutes after I bought it.

Black with dark tinted glass. If I’m barreling down the left lane of the interstate people get out of my way.

So you're one of those people that drive the SUV's that look like unmarked State Police vehicles and make everyone else get out of your way and slow down?

    You bastard!! :lolol:

Yes I am exactly that person

My buddy calls it my secret service car

And just for effect when you move over and slow down I take it up to about 120 when I pass you

Add the black unmarked ball cap and mirrored sunglasses and buzz cut

Maybe better offensive philosophy but with an older Qb (43) and potentially a worse defense.

Same results as last year more or less.

I dont know but I would argue the offense is better as a whole and the defense with the additions of Dean and Brisker.

Tacomas are super nice...feel and drive more like a SUV than big-ass truck. My dad had one as a company vehicle back in '10s. I'd borrow it to make runs to landfill. If I ever got a pickup...it would be the Tacoma or the Nissan equivalent.

You have avoided questions from me before and done so recently. Here is the latest in bold type.

I am okay with Queen vs. the run. We do not have a better run defending LB so I will have to live with his numerous missed tackles. But we have better LB's vs. the pass. There is no good reason why he should play on 3rd down and 5 or more yards to go. Are you suggesting Queen should play on these types of downs? A reply to that question would be apperciated.

The elephant in the room is Rodgers though. He can no longer move and doesn’t want to get hit. Not a good combo in today’s NFL against teams with solid defense.

I have a 2020 Ford Explorer. With the back seats down... I can haul more sh!t in that thing, than my brother can with his Toyota Tundra with cab and short bed. Explorers (mid-size SUV) are the perfect vehicle for vacations to beach or mountains. I borrowed my uncle's Ford Expedition for a beach trip many years ago. That thing was nice with plenty of room, but it was like driving a bus. Likewise with driving a big-ass truck in beach traffic. It sucks. Give me a mid-sized SUV like the Explorer any day over that crap.

Judging by recent video clips, Aaron Rodgers can still move pretty well in the pocket. He’s obviously not as athletic as he was at 34, but he still has enough mobility to slide and step up when needed and can tuck it and run a little if the pocket collapses. What’s clear is that he absolutely does not want to take hits anymore. The Steelers’ offensive line will need to give him an extra 0.2–0.3 seconds of protection this year. The good news is Troy Fautanu is no longer a rookie, and the human turnstile known as Jones is no longer starting.

The WR spots have been upgraded as well.

I never even saw this question, trust me nobody is ducking your dumb questions. Yes I think Queen should play on these downs, there reasons teams play linebackers on passing downs. One is the option to blitz or drop, the offense has to account for both as opposed to just subbing in a cover guy and the offense knows hes dropping. Second reason is QB spy against mobile QB's linebackers play in space and tackle in space. Third reason is tackling in zone coverage, linebackers know how to play the underneath zone and limit runs after the catch, if the offense is in a 3rd and long the defense is going to be gaurding the sticks and need people to come up and make tackles, there arent many 3rd and long scenarios where they will be playing pure man coverage.[/QUOTE]

Peyton Manning and Tom Brady won rings at the end of their careers with those attributes. It can be done but the rest of the team has to be darn good.

Get a Toyota Hilux...that way when the world totally craps out and you have to strap a .50 cal to it to survive, you already have the world's most popular platform for such a modification. Plus, you know it is durable...those wacky militia guys aren't keeping up with a suggested maintenance schedule.

We had Rodgers last year too, I dont think he is going to have some major drop off or at all. I think we probably get the same Rodgers just what I think is a better supporting class.

I think the odds of him getting hurt are higher although I agree he likely will play similarly. That being said he didn’t play well against good teams last year and wouldn’t expect much even with a better WR group.

He didn't play all that well against good defenses because he didn't have time. I do expect that to improve. By how much will be the key to our success against good defenses. Rodgers still has the arm and the head. It's up to the OL to protect the body.

Okay coach " Wizard " This website only alerts you to reply when someone quotes you. You saw my question and chose to avoid it. Now you are acting like you didn't see it. Unless you have reading issues ...

An average NFL team sees 12–14 third downs per game. Roughly 65–75% of those are 3rd-and-4 or longer — situations that are overwhelmingly passing downs. The other 25–35% are the short-yardage ones (3rd-and-1 to 3rd-and-3). I have a chart if you care to read it.

On 3rd-and-4+, Patrick Queen’s coverage numbers in 2025 were rough. He was getting targeted and victimized too often. He’s not a natural interceptor, he doesn’t stick to receivers particularly well in man coverage, and he’s undersized for the position at just 6 feet tall. WR's and TE's abuse him in coverage. With the new DC and LB coaches in 2026, I hope they take the green dot off him on obvious passing downs and keep him off the field (or way less involved) in those long third-down situations.

Many current Steelers are better suited to spy mobile QBs. Queen already led the team in missed tackles. He’s a solid two-down linebacker who can thump in the run game, but he’s not built for the pass-heavy third-down packages this league demands.

    Wake up.

Most Nissan I've seen of my friends become rattle traps quickly if you actually use them off road, but I've never owned one , and I'm just going by my friends trucks.

We don't usually "spy" mobile Qbs, because we don't play man across the board when we play them, if we play man we have a mix in zone, therefore many eyes are still on the mobile Qb, and why we have done so well against most of them. Now, who knows.
