I think he's close to (maybe at?) the age when Tucker fell off a cliff. Although part of that might have been off field stuff.

I'd imagine that this contract wouldn't be all that hard to get out of in year 3...maybe even in year 2 since it's not all that much money re: NFL contracts.

Boz has been a rock for us. Kickers don't make the big bucks, so I am really glad to see that he hit the top of the pay scale for his position. He is worth #1 pay for his position, unlike so many other players that scored a big payday because they have a good agent or whined loudly.

 

How many games did he account all or almost all of our scoring? Including the playoff game vs. KC. And saving our butts with 60 yard kicks? Well worth it.

 

I wanted him gone in 2017 when he cost us at least 3 wins by missing kicks with the game on the line. He must have had an injury of some sort because that year was an anomaly for him.
