I do not like all of the specialty picks. If you want a return specialist or full back or developmental qb, take them in the 6th or 7th.

Rounds 4 and 5 are for building depth. They could have fortified the receiveing core, dline, linebackers, or secondary.

Indiana guys seem to be doing well. I think 5 have been drafted so far. Bobby Knight (RIP) is smiling in his grave wondering how his beloved Hoosiers became a football college.

One of the few African Americans with a solid Polish name. I remember another Polish last name promising rookie TE who injured his knee against San Francisco under Chuck Noll and that ended his career. Trivia.

Lambert already pointed this out, but I think most of us are already wondering what the hell Khan is doing. I like some of the players they got, but they could have done so much better.

If you end up with three starters, it’s considered a satisfactory draft. I see Max, Germie, Big Red being starters eventually. The kick returner will also contribute. The TE will be on the team. They can get safety in free agency.

I prefer Cole Peyton to Allar from what I have seen in college from each

What free agent safety are they going to sign? Give a name.

This was not a normal draft with all the extra picks. They needed to get more from it and the opportunities were there, but they whiffed on them.

Eagles took Cole Payton. God, it's gonna get ugly in Philly the first time Hurts plays a stinker.

See what the Eagles did there. They take the QB (late where he should be) that can’t throw but can Steam roll right over you, Tush push anyone? Tush push in our division.

    Smart

I don't get it either. Like holy smokes all of those positions are of major need. Maybe an undrafted gem but jeez louise we can't count on that!!

No, Cole Payton is definitely a Tier 3 QB. His throwing technique is just horrible; it is like he is shot putting the ball out.

But with our crappy drafts for years we needed the equivalent of buying apple, amazon, tesla and nvidia at their IPO's. We needed lights out 1974 drafts for like 5 years. :roflmao:

Perhaps they feel the D talent will be fine with decent coaching?

Now they have Watson, Gabriel, Sanders, and Green. Drafted 3 in two years, and will probably play Watson, get another top 5 pick and draft another QB next year.
