My son is at Penn State and I just heard his scream across the state line in NJ saying NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

If we picked a QB, Allar waswhere I wanted to go. Just think we could have got him at 99.

 

I wonder if that means Rudolph is the odd man out if Rodgers signs.

 

They have three third round picks this was the round to take a chance on Allar.

 

They passed on a stud corner (with the injury caveat), and quality options at guard and safety to roll the dice on a quarterback who had a lousy year and tore up his knee. Ugh.

 

I still see him on the roster as 4 or 5

McCarthy has said don't rule out them carrying 4 QBs probably just coach speak.

 

I don't hate the pick, but I think other spots should have been addressed before going for another QB.
