    The Rooney family owns 80 percent of the Steelers. As far as i understand, Art II is the family rep/decision maker.

    Five members each own 16%

    Art II is President but by no means the sole decision maker each parter has an equal vote

    And Art’s worth in this is +/- $1.2B as listed in the OP
