2025 Pittsburgh Penguins!

15 games to go for Pens. I do believe we will make Playoffs.

Not expecting to win Cup but this will go down as one of my favorite Pen seasons of all time. Pre-season predictions had them in last place and missing Playoffs by a wide margin.

Not really. My brother is the exact same way. Claims he is a Steelers fan but it is impossible to watch a game with him because all he does is rip on them in a bad way.

“GUYS, he is BACK!" Malkin shouted. "Crosby is BACK!”

 

Maybe we should chip in to buy him a better hat

 

I don't know if its bad ice or just sloppy play but guys overskating the puck left and right.

 

Pens win the game with Silovs in the net tonight. Skinner let in a bunch of weak goals. At least they got one point.

 

Skinner made some good saves and some of the ones he let in were head scratchers. There were a few guys whose effort I question. That Blake goal should have never been close. Play the man or play the puck dont just get caught flat footed. I continue to question the 3 on 3 OT strategy not just the Pens but every team. Put the puck on net, good things happen when you do. The constant doubling back to the neutral zone or your own blue line makes little sense.

 

All in all not to shabby road trip. Pens don't quit. Still hanging on to second place in Met. Little rest then the Jets in the Burgh Saturday.

Any of you out of the Burgh viewing area that get NHL Channel the PENS will be on at 1:00 PM Saturday against the Jets.

 

It was definitely distracting me. I assume he doesn't change due to superstition. I was wondering how old that hat is, from before the last cup?
