If He did something outside of his marriage, that should be nothing to the Steelers , or us. That's only between him, and his family, and should be kept that way.

 

My guess is that the fans who are complaining about him not having a presser here are also the ones who complain about the things he says at his press conferences.

Many just looking to take one last shot I guess.

15-20 years is enough time for any coach. Even legends like Landry and Don Shula overstayed their time in Dallas and Miami, with their best years way behind them. Noll was done by 90-91. In Tomlin’s case i think he overstayed his time by 8 years, imho.

LoL. It's a sad, and realistic thing. I think of all the people I think have been awesome, in anything, sports, music, painting, Authors, Directors, any type of the arts, and even past leaders throughout the world, and even people of peace, and someone, somewhere hates on them. Sad ,but True.

Completely agree, 20 years is too long for pretty much anyone, unless you're still winning fairly recent championships. It's a bit sad how it ended with 6 playoff humiliations and chants of "Fire Tomlin" at home. Not the way you'd like to see things end for a Steelers Head Coach.

Yes, it will be refreshing to hear McCarthy speak without cliches and not under the Cowboy media umbrella.

 

Fans only like what the coach is saying when the team is winning or performing at expectations or above.

When the team is losing or not living up to expectations, most of what he says doesn't hit the right note with fans no matter how well he is saying it.
