    I don't think there was a specific injury behind it. Essentially what dry needling does is help with muscle recovery, reducing pain and increasing range of motion. Lots of players use it or acupuncture to speed up their body's recovery from workouts, practice, etc.

    It can help with certain injuries as well, but Watt stated it was just something he'd had done for some time.

    Cam was the top ranked DL for solo tackles 3rd in assists and over all one of the best DL last year

    Cam should be happy --and I think he should retire a Steeler --after this contract. He is a great player --I like him being a steeler--he knocks balls down -he pressures -He is just getting old.But I have no Doubts he is a true Steeler.
