What if ... Worilds out performs both Woodley & Jones significantly; while at the same time Sanders out performs A.Brown & whoever Haley says is #3, again by a significant margin this year.

Next year, both agree to stay for a salary of $6mil/yr, then what are you going to do; who are you going to keep and let go??

 

Pretty sure Woodley will count like 14 million toward the cap next year. No way the let him go.

Thanks for confirming this. I can't understand why people want Woodley gone? Or better yet I can't understand why people keep suggesting he be cut or traded knowing the cap hit?

 

I agree that Woodley is here to stay until it's in the financial interest of the team for him not to. I REALLY wish that he would return to form instead of getting paid to ride the pine. I've always liked him but his health has really annoyed me these past few years.

 

Though it probably wasn't as clear as it could have been, my original post was trying to see if you would spend the $6mil on Worilds, Sanders, or on neither.
