    There is some official rating from some sort of recognized foodie magazine or something. I don’t really track stuff like that. The pizza at some of the top places is outstanding though. My favorite is a place called Modern Apizza.

    Yeah, you won't find that at some pizza chain. I get it from a local Italian family restaurant :thumbs_up:.

    Not a question about a coach being worth his salt. It's an uphill battle with the odds stacked against you - some seen, some unseen. A good coach can go into a dumpster fire and still come out smelling like ashes. It isn't always within the reach of the coach to simply install a system to succeed. 40% success rate sounds pretty good under the circumstances.

    I guess if you like a lot of dry crust that pushes the toppings to the middle it could look OK.

    New Haven pizza isn’t about looking good anyway. Some of it looks downright ugly when it gets delivered to the table, but the taste is great. The special dough mixture baked at high temp in a 100+ year old coal fire oven to the point of a light, smoky burn sets the stage. We tried to go to Modern a few months ago and figured that going at around 4:30 to beat the dinner rush would get us in. Nope….

    Enjoy your Little Caesars looking pizza in CT :lolol:. The one I posted the dough is really good from an Italian family restaurant they know what they're doing.
