I have to put the Rams at the top or among the best. They just make outstanding moves and aren’t afraid to take risks. They give away first rd picks like it’s candy and they only strengthen their team.

They get McDuffie while still holding the #13 pick overall.

I’d probably put us middle of the pack. I think we draft fairly well but take a hit with free agent moves.

Would be Rams 1 and Eagles 2 for me with Seahawks top 5. Have been making great moves since Carrol left.

Some other team. The Steelers front office is easily the worst and it’s not even close

Don’t count out the Rats. Not the best lately but for some time they were outstanding with their moves.

Rams had two first round picks this year so this isn't exactly the same as the 'first round picks don't matter' era.

That said, I think it's hard to argue against Roseman and Philly. He fired an eventual HOF head coach, fired the coach who got him his first Super Bowl. Went to another Super Bowl with the next coach. And then went to a third Super Bowl and won. They're on a pretty good run.

Rams are there too. Probably more consistent than Philly, but not as much hardware.

The Chiefs are an interesting case. If they can rebuild in a year or two and take another run with Mahomes, it's a different story. But right now that roster is pretty bad and their cap isn't a disaster, but it isn't great either. They're already an outlier in the sense that Mahomes won two Super Bowls while taking up >13% of the cap. That hadn't been done since Steve Young. And he took up way more than that. Like 17% in both 2022 and 2023. It's almost like they've won 3 Super Bowls in spite of their Front Office in some ways.

On the other hand, hard to argue with five Super Bowl appearances and three trophies in six years. So they sucked this year. The Steelers took a yearlong vacation each of the last two times they won the Super Bowl.
