That's fine draft a tackle and put him at LT no need to move Fautanu though.

I have always seen Broderick Jones as being a bruiser of a RT. A road grader that can push people around. Do you remember how well he did in the run game his rookie year at RT after getting the start midway through the season?

I don't think Broderick Jones could play inside to save his life.
Broderick Jones dominating at RT his rookie year.

There is no doubt in my mind Broderick Jones is going to become a dominate RT in the NFL. Very similar path to Kevin Dotson, who returned to his Rookie RG Position and became a Pro bowler immediately after leaving Pittsburgh.

I agree with what you are saying but this is an interesting way to phrase it

I think your memory and opinion of Jones playing RT far exceeds the general consensus

Not really. They are a shining example of what having a terrible Defense is about.

Also Washington can be a great TE IMO. If we want to make him a tackle, wait till he can't play TE anymore

So were giving up on Jones (another waste of a high end pick?) and Dylan Cook who was decent? I hope not. Id rather spend a high pick on a WR and Safety.

id like to see what the new coordinator and line coach do with our high end picks first.

Nobody is giving up on Jones and Cook why can't fans realize they need depth at the position, and they have no timetable for Jones return. Thay have 5 picks within the first 100 picks along with free agency they can fill safety and WR.

it sounds like hes working his way back. Hopefully can be ready by the start of the season. Depth is fine, but i see higher priority positions as well.

Need really more higher priorities and drafting them in the very long haul run.

I always have valued Broderick Jones higher than most; mainly because of Pat Meyer's bad coaching.

Ding Dong the Witch is Dead; No Pat Meyer excuses this year!!!
